• Success Fee: 5% of the total proceeds raised if targeted amount is raised.
• Third Party Services Fee: regardless of the success of the campaign, the Issuer will cover third-party services fees related to the offering incurred by Climatize Earth Securities LLC.
• Issuance Servicing Fee: payable by the Issuer each year during the term of the financing. The dollar amount varies from project to project, ranging between 0.5 – 1.5% of proceeds raised.
